In a reactive mode, we would aim to have one of our senior consultants available at very short notice to assist in identifying your current problems and challenges. Where appropriate we would also propose using one or more of our software toolsets to provide the greatest insight into the issues and challenges that you are experiencing, enabling a rapid understanding to be gained, and a set of recommendations produced to improve your IT service in the appropriate way. This can be particularly valuable if you are experiencing performance problems and we have a specific reactive performance assessment program to assist you with this often difficult challenge.
In most cases a Health Assessment wiill last for a period of 1-2 weeks, usually with full-time activity early on, followed by a period of information collection, and then analysis and feedback of result. We only bill the time spent carrying out work, rather than for elapsed time.
Where you want to include Health Assessments as part of an ongoing best-practice IT strategy, we would adopt a similar approach, again using our best-of-breed toolsets to give essential support needed for effective IT Incident Management, Problem Management or Release & Deployment Management. But this can then be achieved on a more planned basis.
